Hi, I’m Jen!
I am an accredited coach with over 10 years’ experience in marketing for FTSE100 brands. My own coaching journey began in 2024 and was so transformative that I launched Start With The End in early 2025.
What started as a brainstorming session with my husband about his next business venture quickly turned into a passion for wanting to help others achieve clarity and confidence in their careers. I’m excited to support you on your journey.

This style of coaching focuses on career growth. It can cover areas such as understanding your choices, building leadership skills, navigating transitions, and overcoming workplace challenges, to enable you to achieve your goals and ambitions, through personalised guidance and confidential support.
How does it differ from mentoring?
A coach does not require direct experience of the client’s role or industry, and provides you with the space to reach your own decisions and outcomes. A mentor has more experience than the client and can be more directive, sharing experiences and offering advice.
Who is it for?
I work with anyone navigating a career challenge, stuck in a rut, transitioning roles, experiencing a confidence knock, those seeking clarity on what’s next or striving for balance around a busy work schedule. If you’re ready to make a change, I will work with you to deliver measurable impact with your goals at the forefront of every session.
What does a typical session look like?
I would recommend we take an hour, this allows enough time to switch off from outside distractions and get stuck into your goals. However, if time isn’t on your side, we can talk through this during the discovery call.
How many sessions will I need?
You may surprise yourself at what comes up for you and how your coaching journey will take lots of twists and turns to unlock results. We can discuss what best suits your time commitment and goals during our discovery call.
How often will we meet?
The frequency is up to you, but every two weeks or monthly works best – giving you time to take action without adding pressure to an already busy schedule. Simply book sessions when it suits you.
